Summary:
|
Assuming the Board of Education affirms and approves the facility enhancement projects prioritized and submitted by College Park High School staff is recommending that a professional services contract for the engineering and design of infrastructure (water, power, sanitary)improvements to the College Park football field complex be approved as soon as possible. Staff has negotiated, and is now recommending, that a 'not to exceed' contract in the amount of $91,100.00 (inclusive of all reimbursable expenses) be awarded to Salas O'brien Engineers, Inc. for the provision of comprehensive engineering, design and construction administration services necessary for the approval and satisfactory completion of the proposed project.
The budget for this particular project is $1,049,594.00
