Summary:
|
The services of a State Certfied Inspector of Record (Project Inspector) are required to oversee, inspect and to verify that the installation of interim housing needed in support of the planned 2010 Measure C Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Program at Loma Vista Adult Center is conducted in full compliance with all applicable codes and regulations. Staff is recommending that a contract be awarded to Alisha Jensen for the provision of these services for a not to exceed fee of $2,250.00.
