Summary:
On May 28, 2014, the parties reached a Tentative Agreement on reopener Articles 41 and 42, Salary and Employee Benefits, respectively, for 2014-15 and 2015-16.

The attached Tentative Agreement reflects the parties consensus on Salary and Employee Benefits.
 
Funding:
General Fund and other funds.  
Fiscal Impact:
2014-15: $212,245 General Fund; $21,008 other funds.

2015-16: $424,549 General Fund; $42,758 other funds.
