Summary:
|
On June 4, 2012 the Board of Education approved a prioritized list of facility enhancement projects for College Park High School. One of the projects identified in this list was replacement windows. College Park HS Building E is one classroom wing which still has older windows.
District staff is recommending that a professional services contract for engineering and design services necessary for replacement of windows in building E be approved as soon as possible. Staff negotiated, and is now recommending, that a 'not to exceed' contract in the amount of $7,000.00 be awarded to PHd Architects for comprehensive engineering, design and contract administration services necessary for approval and satisfactory completion of the proposed project. |
