Summary:
|
County warrant issued to Dorann Brown for business mileage was not presented to the County Treasurer for payment within six months of date of issue and consequently void. Replacement is limited to two years from the date the original warrant was issued. It then becomes void as per Government Code 29802, unless the Board directs reissuance of the warrant.
A new warrant is requested to be issued to the payee in replacement of the void warrant. |
