Summary:
|
The Contra Costa Public Works Department is requesting a grant of easement at Shore Acres Elementary School. This easement is to provide 1,000 linear feet of curb and gutter, a 5 foot wide sidewalk, driveway conforms, drainage improvements , and curb and gutter ramps.
Pursuant to the process proscribed under Section 15556 of the Education Code regarding the dedication of easements to any public entity, the Board of Education approved the Resolution of Intent to Dedicate this easement to Contra Costa Public Works Department as detailed above on October 23,2013. Board adoption is now required to formally execute the grant of easement. |
