General Counsel reports on evaluation of legal implications of a district and school climate survey as it relates to the Superintendent’s Evaluation Target below:
High Quality and Effective Staff - Target 3: Climate Survey
1. General Counsel – By February 25, 2013, General Counsel will complete his analysis of legal implications and present it to the Board in Open Session.
2. Superintendent – The superintendent will use that analysis in the development and implementation of a “360 degree” district and school climate survey in the 2012-13 school year, piloting the survey with at least one elementary school, one middle school, and one high school. |
