Summary:

The Board directs the superintendent to hold monthly meetings with the presidents and/or executive directors and/or designees of all Mt. Diablo USD employee unions. The goal is to increase communication and build a culture of mutual trust and respect.
The superintendent shall provide a written summary of the Employee Unions’ Council’s discussions to the Board and public at the first Board meeting following each MDUSD Labor Council meeting. |
