On May 21, 2012 the Board of Education approved a prioritized list of facility enhancement projects submitted by Northgate High School. Included in this greater list was the installation of a pool, sports medicine facility and new restrooms.District staff has negotiated, and is now recommending, that a 'not to exceed' contract in the amount of $150,580.00 (inclusive of all reimbursable expenses) be awarded to LSA Associates, Inc. for the provision of comprehensive CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act) related services necessary for this particular project. |
