Staff recommends that Student # 10-12 be expelled from all schools and programs of Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student # 10-12 may apply for readmission after December 13, 2012. It is required that Student # 10-12 participates in 20 hours of individual counseling to address aggressive behavior, 30 hours of community service, completion of California Offender Program Service (COPS)- Aggressive Offender class, completion of MDUSD's Teen Anger Management Workshop and show evidence of a successful school experience prior to applying for readmission. |
