Attached are contracts for legal services to be provided by Crosby & Rowell LLP, Attorneys at Law, Edrington Schirmer & Murphy LLP, Attorneys at Law, Fagen Friedman & Fulfrost LLP, Haight, Brown & Bonesteel LLP, Law Offices of Peter H. Bonis, and Matt Juhl-Darlington & Associates. Each of the aforementioned firms has served the District with distinction at an extremely competitive billable hourly rate. In recognition of their highly competent service, the billable hourly rate is being maintained at $185-$240 per hour, which remains significantly below billable hourly rates in the Bay Area legal community. |
