Summary:
|
MDUSD, through the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and Section 504 process, uses NPAs to provide specialized health care services. Services include diabetic monitoring, catheterization, and other medically prescribed procedures. NPA assist the District in assuring compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. The NPA contract provides the costs required at this time for the 2011-2012 school year.
Students are served under the terms and conditions of a Master Contract/Individual Service Agreement which is for the Board's approval on June 14, 2011. |
