Summary:
On April 27, 2010 the Board of Education awarded Bid 1561 to Magnum Construction, Inc. in the amount of $1,654,725.00 for the construction of new SMART classrooms at College Park and Concord High Schools. As a result of a need to address minor, paving, utility infrstructure and other minor scope modifications and adjustments it will be necessary to issue a single, final change order in the amount of $10,894.49. This change order increase reflects a change order increase of less than 1% of contract value. This single, final change order will result in a revised, final contract value of $1,665,619.49. The construction budget for this project was $2,293,850.00.
