Staff has prepared revision to the following Adminsitrative Rule as required by newly approved legislation and as a recommended corrective action by the California Department of Education Verification Review. AR 5141.24 is being updated pursuant to 20 USC1412 AND 34 CRF300.101. A student with disabilities must be provided with Special Education and related services identified in the student's IEP. 34 CFR300.34 defines "related services" to include school health and school nurse services. AR 5141.24 was last revised June 19, 2007 |
