Summary:
|
In an effort to render a well-informed and technically accurate recommendation with respect to a design/build vendor for the District's Solar program, it was essential to solict and retain the services of an impartial energy consultant. In addition to the provision of professional services related to the technical evaluation of design/builder proposals and the comprehensive financial modeling necessary to properly evaluate said proposals, the District has requested access to, and participation from an energy consultant during the critical contract negotiation phase.
Staff has negotiated a not to exceed contract for $33,660 with Newcomb, Anderson and McCormick for the provision of comprehensive energy and engineering consulting services during both the proposal evaluation phase as well as the contract negotiation process. |
