Summary:

Staff recommends that Student # 46-10 be expelled from all schools and programs in the Mt. Diablo Unified School District.
It is also required that Student # 46-10 participate individual counseling, community service, the COPS Program, and show evidence of a successful school experience with no suspendible behavior infractions earning at least 20 credits prior to applying for readmission. |
