Summary:

Staff recommends that Student # 24-10 be expelled from all schools and programs of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student # 24-10 be placed at Diablo Day Community School.
It is required that Student # 24-10 participate in individual counseling to address decision making and anger, community services, the COPS Program for aggressive offenders, participate in the District's Anger Management Workshop, and show evidence of a successful school experience earning 30 credits prior to applying for readmission after June 14, 2010. |
