A committee of Eighth Grade Physical Education Teachers and the Curriculum Specialist met to revise the Eighth Grade Physical Education Course of Study to align it with the California Content Standards for Eighth Grade Physical Education. This course provides students the opportunity to learn through a developmentally appropriate, comprehensive sequentially planned physical education program aligned with the Physical Education Model Content Standards for California Public School. In Eighth grade, the content standards emphasize working as a team to solve problems. |
