Summary:
On May 8, 2017 the Board of Education awarded contract C952 Project #1780 to E.F. Brett & Company for $2,283,000.00. Award of project is for the provision of all tools, materials, labor and equipment necessary for Voluntary Barrier Removal and Restroom Renovations at Sequoia MS, Pleasant Hill ES, Sequoia ES, Valle Verde ES, and Holbrook ES according to the plans and specifications.

A final change order (FCO) in the amount of $60,198.10 is necessary. This final change order will result in a final, revised contract value of $2,343,198.10.
