Summary:
On May 22, 2017, the Board of Education awarded contract C954 project #1783 to GECO, Inc. for $419,000.00 for the provision of all tools, materials, labor and equipment necessary to complete Interior Campus Improvements at Concord High School according to the plans and Specifications.
A final change order (FCO) in the amount of $40,999.11 is necessary. This final change order will result in a final, revised contract value of $459,999.11.
