Summary:
|
On October 26, 2015, the Board of Education awarded Bid 1723 to provide district wide custodial supplies. Bid 1723 was awarded to Cole Supply Company Inc. The initial term of contract was October 31, 2015 through November 1, 2016 for a period of (1) year with two (2) one year options to renew. The District is ending with the second year extension October 31, 2017. This contract may be extended upon mutual consent between the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and Cole Supply Company Inc. for a final year of extension allowed in accordance with the provisions contained in Education Code Section 17596.
Staff is recommending the final extension of Bid 1723 beginning November 1, 2017 through October 31, 2018 |
