Summary:
|
To facilitate design for recommended improvements, District staff is recommending approval of a professional services contract for engineering and architectural services necessary to secure DSA and Health Department approval for kitchen renovations at Olympic High School.
Staff negotiated, and is now recommending, that a 'not to exceed' contract in the amount of $47,200.00 be awarded to PHd Architects for comprehensive engineering, design and contract administration services necessary for approval and satisfactory completion of proposed project.
The scope of services includes design work required to prepare existing kitchen spaces for commercial level use (i.e. electrical and fire alarm). As well as work to meet compliance with Access Code, Fire Protection and T-24 regulations. |
